Varun Tej’s Ghani locks a new release date

Mega hero Varun Tej starrer Ghani was supposed to hit the screens on February 25. However, the movie team changed their release plans after Pawan Kalyan starrer Bheemla Nayak picked the same date.

The intense boxing drama, which received a U/A certificate from the Censor Board, has now got a new release date. The Kiran Korrapati directorial will hit the theatres on April 8.

Sharing a short video that features Varun Tej, Geetha Arts wrote, “Mega Prince @IAmVarunTej’s #Ghani is all set to hit the screens on April 8th.”

Saiee Manjrekar is playing the female lead. The movie also stars Jagapati Babu, Suniel Shetty, Upendra, and Naveen Chandra in the supporting roles. Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen in a special number.

Produced by Renaissance Pictures and Allu Bobby Company, Ghani has music by S Thaman and George C Williams handles the cinematography.
