Prabhas’ Salaar release shifted to next year

Prabhas’ recent outing Radhe Shyam received a mixed result from the audience and critics alike. The pan-India star will next be seen in Prashanth Neel’s most-anticipated movie, Salaar.

Recently, the Baahubali actor had made it official that South star Prithviraj is also a part of the movie. In another exciting update, Vijay Kiragandur, Founder of Hombale Films, which is producing Salaar, has hinted about the film’s release date.

In a recent interview, Vijay Kirangandur said that they have completed about 30 percent of the movie shooting after which the Rebel star got busy with the promotions of Radha Krishna Kumar directorial and Prashanth Neel got tied up with the post-production of KGF-2.

The producer said that they will begin the shoot of Salaar from May and the movie will be wrapped up by the end of 2022. Informing about the release date, Vijay stated that Salaar is slated to hit the silver screen in 2023 between the window of April to June.

Salaar will be the third Pan India film for the production house after KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2 and it will be released in five Indian languages.
