Chiranjeevi’s Acharya completes censor formalities

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya is one of the most anticipated films of 2022 and fans all over the world have been waiting to see the father-son duo, Chiru and Ram Charan sharing the screen space for the first time.

The latest update is that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has passed the movie with U/A rating ‘Unrestricted with Caution’. The makers of Acharya announced the same with a mass poster, which sees Chiranjeevi from an action sequence.

Written and directed by Koratala Siva, the movie is produced by Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company. The film stars Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan in the lead roles while Pooja Hegde and Kajal Aggarwal are playing the female leads.

Acharya features music composed by Mani Sharma with cinematography by Tirru. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 29 April 2022.
