PUBLIC NOTICE

Through this notice, the concerned and general public at large are hereby informed that Rajendra kumar Jain, with last known address at Ankurvani Apartment flat 45, 4th floor Astabujam Road Chennai 600112 who was a honorary trade commissioner at the Zimbabwe India Trade Council has been terminated from the position from 5 July 2023. It has been found that Mr. Rajendra kumar was involved in malpractices and utilised government emblem and has defrauded the organization by misleading business people. A police complaint has also been filed.

General public is hereby cautioned that he has no authority of whatsoever nature to transact any business or to receive money on behalf of the organization. General public is alerted, not to enter into any transaction with Rajendra kumar jain on behalf of the ZITC, any person dealing with him shall do so at his/her own risk and responsibility. Organization shall not be responsible for the unauthorised and unlawful action of Rajendra kumar jain in any manner.
