“A RUN to ignite a life”- RCC Magnum Foundation

RCC Magnum Foundation hosts Successful Marathon: Empowering Underprivileged Communities through Skill Development on 18th Feb 2024 in Chennai.

The RCC Magnum Foundation, a renowned nonprofit organization committed to social empowerment, hosted a triumphant Magnathon aimed at skill development for underprivileged men and women.

The event, held on 18th Feb at Olcott School, Besant Nagar brought together participants, volunteers, and sponsors in a collective effort to bridge the talent gap and uplift all communities.

The RCC Magnum led by President Vishal Bhootra, Secretary- Vikas Roonwal and Maganathon Director- Ashish Jain (Rainbow Builders)organized the event that served as a platform to advocate for the noble cause of providing vocational training to those facing socio-economic challenges.

Title sponsor for the event was Lifestyle Housing, powered by AVR Swarna Mahal, in association with Abirami Mega Mall, co-sponsored by Bespoke concept. Shri Sampathrajji Singhvi also was a pillar of support.

For the run,Magnathon 2023 Marathon Flagged off by Deputy Mayor Maheshkumar &  Sri Abirami Ramanathan present as guests of honour.

About 2500 Participants from diverse backgrounds engaged to create an energetic atmosphere while raising awareness for the foundation’s mission throughout the city. The categories were – 1.5 km for parent and child, 5, 10 and 21 kms.

The foundation has already been training more than 250 aspiring students and assisted them to build a bright future since the year 2018.

Mr Sarvesh Shashi founder of Diva Yoga led the pre and post run session for all the runners. Hydration stations and first aid facilities were made available at a regular intervals to provide safety and comfort for the participants and gave a seamless experience to each participant.
