Cognizant Contributes INR Three Crores Towards Cyclone Michaung Relief Efforts
Chennai – Cognizant (NASDAQ:CTSH), one of the world’s leading professional services companies, has contributed INR three crores to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help accelerate recovery and restoration of livelihood and infrastructure in areas impacted by Cyclone Michaung. Tamil Nadu has played a significant role in the growth and success of Cognizant worldwide as it was founded about 30 years ago in the state.
Cognizant has extended support at a time when Chennai and several districts in Southern Tamil Nadu have suffered severe impact from floods caused by Cyclone Michaung, and relief measures are underway.
