AIAASC – WASC Partnership to uplift education in India

The American International Accreditation Association of Schools and Colleges (AIAASC) is excited to announce its partnership with Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) to offer joint accreditation to international schools and colleges across India as well  as other parts of the world.
The partnership will hope to further strengthen India-US ties in the field of education. The joint accreditation process for schools/ colleges across the Indian subcontinent will be a major boost for Indian students and give them a head start in a competitive global scenario.
Both AIAASC and WASC are well-respected accreditation bodies that have carefully structured parameters with the high standards and indicators to assess the quality of education provided in international schools. The partnership will further pave way for schools to attain high standards of education in offering American curriculum and will be abe to American High School diploma accepted colleges and universities.

Our two organisations share a fundamental emphasis on high quality learning, well-being and the safeguarding of children worldwide. Later speaking, Board Advisor Saranya Jayakumar mentioned that WASC is one of the main organizations that provide quality certification to educational institutions in the United States. she said that these two organizations will jointly study and accredit the facilities in international educational institutes in India and also engage in audit for a period of 6 months to 3 years and give accreditation. He also said that this will provide global opportunities to the students.

AIAASC Executive Director Christopher Chan said these organizations have joined forces to improve opportunities for students to build their future. He added that the recognition will be given with the aim of ensuring that students get better education to achieve their dreams without stress.“By announcing this very prestigious joint accreditation with AIAASC – ACS WASC we are confident to support and uplift students from India to achieve their global competitiveness through our innovative teaching methodology and International assessment standards”. AIAASC Executive Director Christopher Chan, Board of Director Dr. Mohana Lakshmi, Board Advisors Dr.Saranya Jaikumar & Prince Nawabsada Mohammad Asif Ali Dewan of Arcot along with Benzagir Faisal attended the program held at the American World School in Perungudi, Chennai.The leadership team of AIAASC made an official announcement on the appointment of Dr Saranya Jaikumar and Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali as the International Board of Advisors along with other prestigious members from across the world.
