AVM Studios’ Clarification
To address the controversy, AVM Studios, the original title holder, released a statement. They clarified that the ‘Parasakthi’ title had been officially granted to Sivakarthikeyan’s film. They expressed their hope that the title would enhance the film’s appeal and inspire the younger generation. AVM’s statement emphasized that the ‘SK25’ team had lawfully obtained the rights to use the title.

Notably, while the Tamil titles for the films differ, both will be released under the same title, ‘Parasakthi’, in Telugu. It’s important to note that digital title registration is the root cause of this dispute. Hopefully, film associations will implement measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
