With over 60% Market Share, CBRE Ranks #1 in India again for Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales in 2020

Chennai – March 23, 2021 – CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is the top-ranked firm (for Capital Markets) in India with over 60% market share, according to Real Capital Analytics (RCA) – a 30% lead over the nearest competitor.

CBRE India Team ranked at the Top for Five Years in a Row for commercial real estate investment sales (Capital Markets) by overall broker.

CBRE is also the top-ranked firm for commercial real estate investment sales globally for the tenth consecutive year. RCA credited CBRE with 24.2% of market share across all property types on a global basis in 2020 – an 860-basis point lead over the nearest competitor. CBRE’s advantage over the number two firm increased 460 basis points compared with 2019.

In addition to being number one globally, CBRE held the top spot for commercial real estate investment sales in Asia Pacific, the Americas, and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Notably, CBRE’s performance versus its closest competitor improved in all three compared with 2019.
