Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management Sets New Milestone with 1000 Varieties of Omelettes in 10 Minutes at Einstein World Records Event at Chengalpattu.
Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management successfully set a new world record by preparing an astonishing 1000 varieties of omelettes in just 10 minutes, at the Einstein World Records event held today at the Chengalpattu campus practical kitchen lab. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of over 500 culinary students who displayed remarkable skill, precision, and teamwork under time pressure, truly showcasing their expertise in the culinary arts.
The prestigious event was graced by Thiru S. Arunraj I.A.S, District Collector of Chengalpattu, who was the Chief Guest, and offered words of praise for the students’ commitment and the college’s contribution to nurturing world-class culinary talent. He emphasized that this world record is not only a testament to their talent and dedication but also an honor for Chengalpattu and the entire state of Tamil Nadu.”
The event was presided over by Mr. R. Boommee Naathan, Chairman of CAGI (Chennais Amirta Group of Institutions), who expressed immense pride in the achievements of the students and the institution. Through the training and guidance provided by Chef Rajkumar and his team, the students surpassed the set target of preparing 1000 omelettes in 10 minutes by creating an incredible 1200 varieties of omelettes in just 8 minutes and 24 seconds, achieving a record in the Einstein World Records. The students showcased an array of cooking techniques, flavour profiles, and presentation skills that captivated the audience, leaving them in awe of the depth of knowledge and expertise possessed by the students of Chennais Amirta Instutions.
The event received great appreciation among the media and culinary enthusiasts. Mr. Karthik Kumar, the founder of Einstein, presented the world record certificate to Mr. R. Boommee Naathan,, the Chairman of the Chennai Amrita Group of Institutions.
