Everest Group has recognized GAVS as a ‘Star Performer’ in their report IT Infrastructure Services Automation – Market Trends and Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2018: Become AI Aware or Fall Behind’.

Partnering with the Academia – In order to address the shifting IT landscape and build a strong competency in the areas of AI, Predictive Analytics and Smart Machines, GAVS is committed to evolve as a key innovation and IP led company and believes that the linchpin to this aspiration is the strong and vibrant Industry and Academia collaboration. Sumit strongly believes that ‘India could be the next Israel’. He says “the present technological and geo-political forces that are affecting and impacting the world calls for a paradigm shift from classical Professional Services and Labour Arbitrage based engagements to Automation, Innovation and Smart Machines.

GAVS has partnered with IIT Madras’ Robert Bosch Innovation Center to work on the Machine Learning Algorithms for AI, Great Lakes Institution of Management (GLIM) & KCG College of Technology with the purpose and objective to be able to build a world-leading technology solution.

Last but not the least, our Corporate Social responsibility is very close to our hearts. We strongly believe that our social and environmental sustainability programs should partner equally with our mainstream business.

Corporate Social Responsibility – Our ethics prescribe to the philosophy ‘conscious entrepreneurship’ – ‘earn with integrity and spend with compassion’. We aim to drive change through collective efforts and we work to develop meaningful charitable partnerships and create volunteer experiences for our employees and clients. We are involved with a government school for their infrastructure development – building toilets for the girls have increased class attendance and reduced drop outs.

We have been successfully driving the GAVS Dream Runners Half Marathon (GAVS DRHM). The 2018 run had more than 4000 participants, and the proceeds from the run was used to buy prosthetics for the differently abled.

Venu Madhuri – This project was chosen with the intent to bring relief to India where the rural population increases without any proportionate increase in their income or businesses. We work with ‘Venu Madhuri Trust’ in their rural reconstruction to make rural India more self-sufficient. Our work began in a small isolated village called Ramanwadi in Radha-nagari, Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. From what started with just a small 2.5-acre bit of irrigated land, the project slowly evolved into various supporting projects such as water conservation, education, health; organic farming and cattle breed conservation and development, conservation of culture and so on. We are proud to see that our work has helped reverse migration of villagers from towns.
